RiseForIt Rules
Build progress here. Do not make the platform worse for everyone else.
RiseForIt is for training, nutrition, planning, accountability, and community. The goal is straightforward: people should be able to use the forum and product features without being harassed, misled, exposed, or manipulated. These rules apply across public community spaces and product features tied to your account.
Rule 1. Respect people.
Do not harass, bully, threaten, demean, dogpile, or target other people. That includes private messages, comments, replies, account names, profile content, and coordinated behavior. Nobody should need to absorb abuse just to use a food, training, or community platform.
Rule 2. Participate honestly.
Use the community and product features in a real way. Do not spam, mass-post low-value content, flood comments, manipulate engagement, create fake interest, or use the platform to run deceptive funnels.
If you are here to sell, scrape attention, or manufacture credibility instead of actually participating, you are using the site the wrong way.
Rule 3. Respect privacy.
Do not post, reveal, threaten to reveal, or pressure others to share private or identifying information. That includes names, phone numbers, addresses, private messages, off-platform identities, payment details, medical details, check-in locations, or any information a person has not chosen to make public here.
Do not repost someone else's photos, progress images, or messages in a way that exposes them or invites harassment.
Rule 4. No sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
Do not post, request, encourage, link to, or normalize sexual, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive content involving minors. Any predatory behavior involving a minor is prohibited and may be escalated immediately.
Rule 5. Be authentic.
Do not impersonate a coach, client, chef, trainer, moderator, brand, or another user in a deceptive way. You do not need to use your legal name, but you cannot use a false identity to scam, manipulate trust, or misrepresent authority.
Rule 6. Use training and nutrition features responsibly.
Do not use macro, grocery, training, or coaching-related features to mislead people with fabricated qualifications, fake transformations, falsified logs, or dangerous claims presented as professional certainty. If you are sharing advice, keep it honest, grounded, and clearly within your actual experience.
Rule 7. No scams, coercion, or prohibited transactions.
Do not use the site to run scams, phishing attempts, fraudulent offers, off-platform payment traps, or illegal sales. Do not pressure users into sending money, private images, credentials, or off-site contact information under false pretenses.
Rule 8. Label and share content responsibly.
If you post graphic, sensitive, or otherwise potentially disturbing content, use context and caution. Do not upload shocking, exploitative, or sexualized content simply to farm reactions. Keep posted material consistent with a training, food, progress, and community environment.
Rule 9. Do not abuse the platform.
Do not attempt to break the site, scrape protected content, attack the service, bypass restrictions, automate abuse, evade bans, or interfere with normal use. Do not exploit invites, message systems, shared workout features, or account workflows to overwhelm other users or the product itself.
Enforcement
We can respond to rule-breaking in different ways depending on severity, intent, prior behavior, and safety risk. Enforcement may include one or more of the following:
- Warnings: asking you to stop, edit, relabel, or remove behavior that violates the rules.
- Content actions: removing posts, comments, uploads, profile elements, messages, or shared assets.
- Feature restrictions: limiting posting, messaging, workout sharing, profile editing, community access, or other account capabilities.
- Temporary suspensions: time-limited restrictions on account use or specific product features.
- Permanent bans: removing accounts or access to community and app features when behavior is severe, repeated, or clearly bad-faith.
- Safety escalation: preserving information and taking additional action when behavior presents a serious safety, legal, or platform-integrity concern.
Questions or reports
If you need to report a rules issue, use the contact or support flow on the website and include "Rules Report" in your message so it can be routed correctly. If the issue involves safety, impersonation, privacy, or coercion, include the relevant account or content details.
